Trains, Rains, and a Wardrobe Malfunction of theinnocentkido (Production, Ahmedabad)

Continued from Broke, Booking, and Barely Breathing: Our Not-So-Smooth Trip to Ahmedabad read the blog here - https://www.theinnocentkido.com/post/broke-booking-and-barely-breathing-our-not-so-smooth-trip-to-ahmedabad-pre-production After picking Snehi, up we both went to Borivali station by 12am we were at the station waiting to meet Nidhi and Sakshi, we met them they were confused at first which platform to go, (well no girl ever listens to me) even after telling them which platform to go these guys didn’t listen and then finally, we went to the platform where the train was about to arrive. It felt that our train was already running late from the source station only. The time was 12:55am 10 mins behind the train scheduled was about to arrive, but it didn’t, obviously we panicked thinking that the platform might have changed last minute (happens majority of the time) after checking several train running status apps we were satisfied that yes we didn’t miss the train. Finally, the train arrived and we got in, got to our seats, settled and went to one Sakshi’s seat, chit chatted, made snaps and went back to our respective seats and slept. Around 2:30am, I was woken by rain drops splashing on my face from the window as I had left it open, we had reached Sanjan (a place near Gujarat-Maharashtra border) closed the window and went to sleep.Woke up by 6:00am, was very pleasant. Spoke to Hetanshi our director, she already had reached Ahmedabad station. The train covered the delayed time at night and to our surprise we were almost 30 minutes before our ETA. We met Hetanshi, met our cab driver (arranged by the film festival only), also we met a fellow filmmaker in the car. We were escorted to our hotel and obviously during the whole journey I was too inquisitive and talking to the driver about Ahmedabad city. We were made to wait as our check-in time was 11:00am and we arrived there around 9:30am. After waiting enough, we finally got our rooms allotted to us, we were given 2 rooms, so the girls decided to occupy 1 and 1 whole for me. It was around 1 hour for the event to start but we had also had to go down for lunch. The main problem started when I checked my baggage for my whole set of suits, I couldn’t find my shirt which is obviously most important even if I don’t wear the blazer or waist-coat shirt is important. But that was missing. That's where Wardrobe Malfunction of theinnocentkido happened. After panicking enough, calling the girls and asking new recommendations i called my boys and asked solutions. After taking expert advice from my G’s I opted to listen to my own thinking and got my outfit sorted.
